Payroll Association (APA) is the professional society
for payroll professionals. Founded in 1982, the APA has
grown to more than 20,000 members and more than 100
local chapters nationwide. APA provides payroll related
educational programs, publications, professional
support, and represents its members in legislative and
regulatory arenas on both federal and state levels.
With its continuing growth and increased membership
indicating the high level of interest and importance to
