Member Attends Hearing in Harrisburg! Read

SEPA member, Kass Gallager, joined other APA PA
chapter members on a panel to testify before the Finance
Committee at a hearing in Pittsburgh on September 14,
2006. The subject of the hearing was on the
Countywide EIT Collection Amendment which consolidates
and reforms the current process of collecting the Earned
Income Tax. Kass reports first hand on how
this issue is being handled by our state government.
