Total Time Management

Do you put off more today than you can ever accomplish tomorrow…feel exhausted by 5:00 p.m. with only a fraction of your work done…dread going back to your desk to see what emails and voicemails await you? If you’re doing more and enjoying it less, why not get out of the time trap and back to productive ways of working? This program will give you practical techniques for better managing your time and your work.

You will learn:

  • how using the “urgent/important matrix” can make you more productive;
  • how to identify and manage priorities;
  • how to plan and stick to your schedule while maintaining flexibility;
  • how to use your “prime time” to be more productive
  • how to control time wasters.

Time management is a skill anyone can learn.  Take control of your time and learn how to work smarter, not harder.

Terry Welford, President of The Welford Group, has over thirty-five years of experience in the training and development field.  A highly skilled consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach, Terry has held human resources and training positions with several Fortune 500 companies, including Philip Morris, Glaxo SmithKline and Air Products, as well as Villanova University. Her client organizations span many different industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, higher education and technology.

The dinner menu will be “The Farmer’s Delight.”  A selection of seasonal soup, farm greens, oven roasted chicken, pasta primavera, seasonal vegetables and cheesecake.  If you have special dietary needs, please contact Kelly Jo at vicepresident@sepaapa.org.

Please remember that if your membership is due for renewal, you must first renew your membership online before you will be able to register at the member rate.  Membership renewal is located in the Membership section of the SEPA website.

Registration for this event will close as of February 6, 2017 or earlier if registration reaches room capacity.  Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a seat and will only be allowed into the event at the chapter's discretion based on available accommodations.
