In this ever-changing work environment, leaders at all levels are facing new challenges, within their organization and their teams. During this one-hour session, participants will explore some of the current trends and research impacting our world of work, as well as some of the actions that leaders can take to retain their top talent, and influence the continued engagement of their teams, as they all maneuver through these transformational times.

Suzanne McCall is a writer, facilitator, and a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Pinnacle Group.  For the past 25 plus years she has worked with a wide variety of industries and clients in the areas of organizational development, leadership development, emerging leader development, to name a few.  Her specialty is in designing custom training solutions to fit a company’s unique culture and needs and her passion is inspiring greater connection for greater results.
