Experience

• §  I began my employment at Zausner Foods in 2010 as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll/Benefits Supervisor and was quickly promoted to my current position, Payroll Manager.  I oversee a team that manages over 1000 employees in multi-states, which includes coordination of payroll and benefits for Expats, Visas, and Union and Non-union employees.  In 2017, I was asked to become the project manager for a new time and attendance system.  This was a 1 million dollar project that included defining the specifications, overseeing the implementation, and following-up for usage of the system. I have served on several integration teams regarding acquisitions and being a part of the growth of our company within Savencia Dairy and Forming organization. In addition to my other duties, I analyze and research tax laws, negotiate renewals and proposals of new and existing vendors.
• §  With over 25+ years’ experience in the payroll, 12 years in benefits and 4 years in the HR field, learning the trifecta of our professional industry as there are several touch points within each other. One of my unique strengths is my ability to understand technical processes of applications with a keen eye on detail. I always try to keep my sense of humor and remain resilient, regardless of the situation. I was born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and still live in the area today.  I am married, have raised five beautiful children, and own several pets. I am also involved with an animal rescue as well as Boy Scouts.

We will be using a ZOOM Platform for their presentation, as we get closer to the meeting date, we will provide invites/links to attend the meeting virtually

2023 Elections!

At the November meeting, we will also be holding the elections for the Board position of Vice President!!  IF Anyone is interested in running of office or would like to nominate anyone, please contact Vice President Zachary McGowan; secretary@sepaapa.org

	I graduated PSU with a bachelor’s in business administration. I work for Tridentcare, which is the #1 Mobile Clinical Services Provider Nationally.  I have been with the company for 25 yrs. I am currently the Payroll Director and obtained my CPP in 2015 I have 5 kids. I enjoy traveling, watching my children play sports, family time and bowling.
