Join SEPA on Sept. 26 for National Lands Day at Valley Forge National Park!  National Lands Day is one day set aside once a year to educate and engage people like yourself to care for their beloved public lands.  We are fortunate to have Valley Forge National Park very close to all our members.  To learn more - click here for information about National Lands Days.

SEPA members volunteer every year at this event to assist with a wide range of projects within the park. We have planted trees, restore trails, painted canons and performed restoration work on artifacts!  No special skills needed - just your time.  Here's a list of projects for 2009 -

When you volunteer you lend a hand on special projects, and get to visit the Environmental Expo and get a sneak peek of the upcoming Ken's Burn's documentary series, National Parks:  America's Best Idea.  A 6 part series premiers on Sept. 27 nationally on PBS stations.

So join in the fun, complete the registration form and bring a friend or the entire family!

Please be sure to complete the VIP Agreeement Form before arriving at VF - this form is a required document for all volunteers.  Contact Mary Sharp @ sharpm@mlhs.org with any questions.

Need directions - click here!

Events get under way at 9 am - Breakfast snacks are provided!   See you there!
